We offer different delivery options, such as Mondial Relay, GLS, and other providers, tailored to your country of residence.

Preparing the parcels generally takes 1 to 2 working days, while the transport time varies from 5 to 7 working days.

Each parcel comes with a tracking number that allows you to monitor its status in real time. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be dropped off at the nearest pick-up point, and the details will be communicated to you via email and SMS.
