How do I go about making a return?
To make a return, the customer has fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products. They must email us at retour@maisonsveltesse.com to inform us of their wish to make a return. Then, they must send the package to the following address: Vierwinden 5, 1930 Zaventem. The return is at their expense.
Can I give a watch as a gift?
Yes, all our watches come in an elegant case, perfect for gifting. You can also add a personalized message when placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a real-time tracking link.
