Shipping policy

Shipping to Belgium, France & the Netherlands

We offer various delivery options, such as Bpost World, GLS and other carriers, suited to your country of residence.

Parcel preparation generally takes 1 to 2 business days, while transit time ranges from 5 to 7 business days.

Each parcel comes with a tracking number that lets you follow its status in real time. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left at the nearest pickup point, the details of which will be sent to you by email and SMS.

For any questions or concerns, Maison Sveltesse is available Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 8pm.
