Shipping policy

Delivery in Belgium, France & the Netherlands

We offer various delivery options, such as Bpost World, Colissimo, GLS and other carriers, suited to your country of residence.

Order preparation generally requires 1 to 2 working days but may take up to 5 working days, while transit time varies from 5 to 7 working days.

Each parcel comes with a tracking number allowing you to follow its status in real time. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left at the nearest pick-up point, the details of which will be sent to you by email and SMS.
