Refund policy

Return Policy

At Maison Sveltesse, we are committed to providing you with quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags and instruction manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service at retour@maisonsveltesse.com, stating your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return label if necessary.
  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the parcel to the address provided by our customer service. 

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part. In that case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • If the return is rejected (product not compliant with the return policy), we will return the product to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maisonsveltesse.com
