Return Policy

At Maison Sveltesse, we are committed to providing you with quality products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels and instruction manuals.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

3. Return procedure

To make a return or request an exchange, it is no longer necessary to contact our customer service.

You may initiate your return or exchange request directly:

• From your customer account, under the "Returns" section;
• Or via the "Returns" tab available in the main menu of our website.

Once your request has been validated, you simply need to follow the instructions displayed in order to complete your return.

Our team will review your request as promptly as possible and will assist you throughout the process.

4. Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 working days.
• If the return is rejected (product not compliant with the return policy), we will send the product back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sav@maisonsveltesse.com
